Counter will operate daily from 10:00am to 5:00pm and assist passengers with ticket reissuance
Biman Bangladesh Airlines has reopened its ticket sales counter at the Ashkona Hajj Camp in Dhaka today.
The counter will remain open daily from 10:00am to 5:00pm, the national flag carrier said in a press release.
Passengers facing technical problems at Biman’s Balaka sales booth can contact the Hajj Camp counter or the airline’s Motijheel sales centre for ticket reissuance, the release said.
The airline added that any further changes to the service arrangements would be announced later.
